Working With Difficult Clients Expand Boundaries CD

Clients come to collaboration with a variety of backgrounds, experiences and personalities. Difficult clients can challenge the principles of Collaborative Practice. For example, they may withhold information,attempt to influence the neutrals, intentionally delay the process, not follow through on agreements, or remain rigid in negotiations. These challenges require the team members to strike a balance between remaining flexible while preserving the integrity of the Collaborative process.
