A pioneer in the organizing industry in Oregon, Susan founded the Oregon Chapter of NAPO, helped establish National Get Organized Week, was the 1997 recipient of NAPO's President's Award and has served on NAPO's board of Directors 1993-98 and 2000-2001. An accomplished speaker, she has won more than 20 speaking awards from Toastmasters International and her presentations consistently draw high marks as being highly entertaining and informative.
